Shawn and Keegan are just hanging out....Matching shirts sooooooooo CUTE!!! :) Keegan LOVES to be just like daddy and was sooo excited that he had a shirt that matched daddies...He was so excited that just them were taking pictures together...He was soo cute and thought he was sooo COOL...They had fun getting there pictures taken..My FAVORITE two guys in the whole world...I Love you guys, Shawn..my sweetheart forever and Keegan, my BIG MAN..! :)

Just My Thoughts As A Mom

To all the UNSELFISH MOMS out there who traded sleep for dark circles, salon haircuts for ponytails, long showers for quick showers, late nights for early mornings, designer bags for diaper bags and WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING.... Moms who don't care about what they gave up and instead LOVE what they got in return. I LOVE my kids so much...They are my whole world and I would do anything for them......I LOVE YOU HARLIE and KEEGAN!! :)

Mike Welch is so Awesome...He has competed and is nationally ranked and holds world titles. He is ranked number 1 in the world and nationally for his Extreme Weapons Routine! :) He is someone that I look up too and I hope you will enjoy this video and get a peek into my world and why I love to compete and train and teach Karate!!! :)



Merry Christmas 2010

Merry Christmas 2010.....We all had an AMAZING Christmas...We had sooooo Much fun! The kids LOVED all there presents and LOVE there 4-wheelers. Shawn and I got just what we wanted and more and had an awesome Christmas. Thanks you to all that gave us gifts, they were awesome and thanks to all are family and friends who brought us yummy treats...Thanks again to everyone and I hope Everyone had just the Christmas you were hoping for.
